From humble beginnings to becoming a technology leader
2020 - Foundation
Son-Light Techs was founded by Damudi Onuma with a vision to bridge the digital divide in Nigeria. Starting with just 3 team members, we began offering basic web development and IT support services to local businesses.
2021 - Growth Phase
We expanded our service offerings to include custom software development and digital transformation solutions. Our team grew to 8 members, and we completed our first major enterprise project for a financial institution.
2022 - Recognition
Received the "Emerging Tech Company of the Year" award at the Nigerian Technology Excellence Awards. Launched our first proprietary SaaS product and expanded our client base to include international customers.
2023 - Expansion
Opened our second office location and established partnerships with global tech leaders. Our team grew to 15 full-time professionals, and we implemented our first AI-powered solution for a multinational client.
